[ENG] 7.4. [DKSF 53/203.1 IU] How to Manage an Input-Output Line in the «Output» Mode?

Attention! On the Input / Output lines (l1-l4) of the device in the “Output” mode of 12 V, up to 200 mA (not a typical “discrete output”). If they are not used correctly, the connected equipment may fail.

To manage an IO line, there is a need to go to the page «DISCRETE IO» of a device web interface:

  1. Set an IO line to the «Output» operation mode;
  2. Check a checkbox «Output Logic Level» at «Logic 1» or «Logic 0»;
  3. Save parameters by clicking the button «Apply Changes»

Input Logic Level – is a field displaying a current logic level of an IO line. It is updated automatically when changing a logic level of a line with no need to reload an entire page;

IO Mode is a paramter which allows to set the IO line in the modes: "Input", "Output" and "Output Logic Level". On default: Input

Output Logic Level – is a parameter of a logic level of a line, which works as an «Output». A logic status «1» means having voltage at an output line (a scheme with an open collector). A logic status «0» means having 0V at an IO line. On default: logic «0»;

Single Pulse Generation – when clicking the button «pulse», an IO line, which works as an output, will be inverted for a specified period of time. A pulse duration is set in the field «Pulse Duration (100-25500ms, step 100ms)». If a line is set to «Input», then the button for issuing a pulse will not be active.
